Admissions Team

At North Tampa Christian Academy, our Admissions Review Team prayerfully and thoughtfully reviews every completed application. This team includes members of school leadership, academic administration, and our enrollment office, all working together to ensure each student is positioned for success within our Titan community.

Each application is carefully evaluated based on academic readiness, behavioral history, teacher recommendations, and overall alignment with NTCA’s mission and values. We view admissions not simply as enrollment, but as the beginning of a meaningful partnership between the school and family.

Once an application and all required documents have been submitted, the Admissions Review Team meets to assess the file and determine eligibility. Admissions decisions are typically communicated within 5–10 business days after an application is complete.

Because we are committed to maintaining strong academic standards and a Christ-centered culture, submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Our goal is to ensure that each student admitted to NTCA is both supported and challenged in an environment where they can thrive spiritually, academically, and socially.
