Community Service

At NTCA, Community Service flows from our desire to build a culture shaped by Jesus’ prayer that God’s will would be done “on earth as it is in heaven.” Jesus summarizes the heart of Scripture in Matthew 22:37–40 by calling us to love God and love people. One essential way we love people is through genuine action that meets real, immediate needs.

Through Campus Ministries, students are invited to participate in intentional outreach that helps form them into this beautiful vision Jesus describes. Service is not treated as a requirement to complete, but as a meaningful expression of faith lived out through compassion, responsibility, and care for others.

We regularly collaborate with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, partnering to help keep the roads and shared spaces in our local community clean and welcoming. In addition, NTCA hosts an annual Impact Day, scheduled this year for April 8, where our entire K–12 school community comes together to serve throughout Wesley Chapel and the greater Tampa Bay area.

Campus Ministries is also in the preliminary planning stages for a summer mission trip, which will offer students an opportunity to serve beyond our local context. Additional details will be shared as plans are finalized.
