Welcome to the forefront of future-ready education. At NTCA, our mission is to provide a Christ-centered environment that promotes academic excellence and lifelong service. Our STEM & Innovation programs bring this mission to life by transforming these disciplines from mere classroom subjects into a K-12 mindset. By teaching our students to use their God-given talents to innovate, we empower them to move from passive consumers of technology to active creators of real-world solutions that serve our global community.

Meet the Team

Our programs are spearheaded by premier, visionary directors who bring a combined 30+ years of classroom teaching and educational leadership experience to NTCA. Both recognized at the top of their craft, our leadership team holds elite qualifications-including a PhD, a specialized certification in STEM and Innovation Leadership from Loma Linda University, and the prestigious Innovation Architect Teacher of the Year award. Formally trained in the human-centered Design Thinking framework, our directors work hand-in-hand to bridge the gap between academic theory and elite professional excellence, aligning our K-12 curriculum so that every student on our campus learns the exact creative problem-solving methodologies used by the world’s leading innovators.

The K-12 Design Thinking Framework

From Kindergarten through 12th grade, every NTCA student learns to approach obstacles through the human-centered Design Thinking process. Globally Trained Educators: Our teachers have been trained at Loma Linda University through le prestigious EXSEED program, equipping them to guide K-12 students through the exact steps used by top innovators to solve real-world problems.

Our students don’t just study theory; they actively build. Our hands-on problem-solving curriculum spans the entire spectrum of creation:

Low-Fidelity Prototyping: Ideating and building rapid physical concepts.
Advanced Programming: Coding solutions for modern digital challenges.
3D Printed Modeling: Translating digital designs into physical, functional engineering models.

High School Professional Tracks & Dual Enrollment

For high school students looking to accelerate their futures, NTCA offers two distinct, rigorous professional tracks featuring multiple dual enrollment courses that offer college credit while fulfilling high school requirements.

The TIE (Technology, Innovation, & Engineering) Track

Tailored for the next generation of builders, coders, creators, and pioneers.

Professional Pathway: Sets students on the fast track for careers in engineering, computer science, and entrepreneurship.
Real-World Skills: Blends technical mastery with the business acumen required to launch ideas into the marketplace.

The Medical Professional Track

Designed for students aiming to lead in healthcare and medical sciences right after graduation.

Professional Credentials: Students graduate with both their Emergency Medical Response (EMR) certification and their Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) certification.
Future Ready: Provides a direct, credentialed pathway into the medical field and advanced health science programs.
HOSA Chapter: Our high school Medical Club actively participates in HOSA, competing against peer schools at both the district and state levels.

Signature Competitions & Extracurriculars

InnovationX

Our premier, school-wide innovation competition. Students use Design Thinking to tackle a global or local issue, culminating in a vibrant Parent & Community Showcase.

The Road to State: The top three teams from 6th-12th grade advance to compete against the best young minds in Florida at the state- wide competition in Orlando.

The Solar Car Club

Our high school Solar Car team designs, builds, and engineered a solar-powered vehicle from scratch. Every July, they travel to the world- famous Texas Motor Speedway to race and compete at a national level.

Lego Robotics

Our middle school students dive into applied mechanics, teamwork, and coding through our competitive Lego Robotics programs, building spatial awareness and foundational engineering logic.
